  • IMPORTANT! Two new report documents have just been posted on this page. 
  • The first new one is the "Dixie CTI Dixie Coordinated Transportation Implementation Tool", or more simply, the CTI Tool.  The Dixie CTI Tool is an outgrowth of the Dixie MPO Coordinated Human Services Transportation Plan completed in 2007.  The tool  identifies strategies that can be used to further the coordination of transportation efforts in the MPO area. It also describes the development and the recommendations of the process that was used to develop thirteen strategies aimed at advancing.
  • The second one is the "Dixie Regional Communications Study (DRAFT)". The primary purpose of this document is to present the overall architecture and high-level design of the telecommunication system that will be used to expand the CommuterLink Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) into the Dixie / Saint George metro area.    A few years ago the Dixie MPO completed an ITS Architecture study.  In furtherance of that study the MPO contracted with Transcore to complete an ITS Communication Plan.  The document identifies existing ITS infrastructure and proposes additional infrastructure for the purpose of meeting our ITS needs in the future.  An interactive PDF file Map is also provided that you can click on/click off specific layers.
