Transportation Improvement Program

DIXIE 2011-15 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (TIP)   &  2011-14 DIXIE TRANSIT TIP

The Dixie Metropolitan Planning Organizations (DMPO) Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is a five-year plan of highway, and regionally significant arterial and major collector roadways and transit projects for the Metropolitan Planning Boundary in Washington County.  The Utah Department of Transportation's Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) is also a five-year plan. It incorporates the projects from the DMPO TIP, and other MPO TIPs throughout the state, in addition to projects in rural areas outside the DMPO and other MPO boundaries.

Diane Lamoreaux, Community Development Specialist at the  Five County Association of Governments, supports the Dixie Metropolitan Planning Organization, serving as the TIP Coordinator.
